East Village is an upscale student housing community located at 9905 University City Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the intersection of Mallard Creek Road and University City Boulevard, adjacent to the UNCC campus. The community is entitled for a total of 1,426 beds, with Phase I offering 727 beds.

East Village features five-story apartment buildings with structured parking and a variety of floor plans, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units. All leases are by the bed, giving each resident responsibility for their own space.
