Stacey has over 8 years experience in real estate development and construction specializing in project coordination, market research, budgeting, and design. At Fountain Residential Partners, Stacey works with company principals throughout the site selection, entitlement, and design phases of the development process, and advances construction projects to deliver on time and on budget. Stacey is skilled at managing all facets of the asset life cycle with the goal of delivering a Class A product for residents and investors.
Before rejoining Fountain Residential Partners, Stacey was involved in the build-for-rent sector directing various areas of project design and construction. She has owned several businesses throughout her career, including an interior design firm and a bakery.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas.
David Ramirez started his career in property management in 2004 as a Community Advisor at a 2,000 bed On-Campus housing community. Since then, David has held the positions of Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Regional Director of Marketing with companies such as Camden Property Trust, American Campus Communities, Peak Campus and Grand Campus Living. David specializes in recovering underperforming assets, social media marketing, and property renovations/improvements. Before joining Fountain Residential Partners, David served as the National Director of Marketing and Leasing for Grand Campus Living where he oversaw the marketing efforts for 22 properties in various student housing markets.
David graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, with a BA in Communications/Public Relations and he has completed graduate coursework in organizational communication at the University of Houston.
Trevor has extensive experience in all facets of multifamily and commercial real estate including acquisitions, development, financing, and asset management. As Executive Vice President at Fountain Residential, Trevor’s responsibilities include all facets of the development process, asset management, dispositions, and general management of the firm’s operations.
Before co-founding Fountain Residential Partners in 2010, Trevor worked at a national multifamily development and management company where he was responsible for the development of over 4,600 beds of student and military housing exceeding $200 million in total project costs. Previously Trevor worked in real estate finance for Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) where he executed a range of balance sheet and capital markets transactions for multifamily and commercial real estate predominately in the South Florida region.
Trevor received a degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
A co-founder of Fountain Residential Partners, Brent has been instrumental in the development and construction of over $3 billion of multifamily rental and condominium properties, as well as office, retail, and commercial properties, in a career spanning over 30 years.
He has led various divisions of JPI Luxury and JPI Student Living Development and Construction, as well as other major developers such as Echelon Residential, The Related Group of Florida, Trammel Crow Residential, First Worthing and Place Properties.
A frequent requested speaker at national multifamily and student housing conferences, Brent is also a frequent contributor to industry publications.
Brent majored in Electrical Engineering at Rice University and UT-Arlington.
