Dockside at Clemson is located on Tiger Boulevard, approximately one mile from the university, on the eastern bank of Lake Hartwell, boasting over 460 feet of lake frontage. Dockside at Clemson is a 200 unit, 630-bedroom purpose-built student housing community with two lakefront restaurants and inline retail to serve the Clemson University community.
The new development will be constructed on 5.1 acres currently zoned for medium density multi-family. It will be the first mixed-use development for the Clemson community to have lakefront restaurants and an associated boat docking facility. Dockside will be a transformational mixed-use center for the Clemson area, incorporating residential, retail, and lakeside restaurants on the shore of Lake Hartwell with views to Clemson University and the renowned “Death Valley” football stadium.
