Four Corners is located 0.5 miles west of campus near the intersection of Central Parkway and Marshall Avenue, known as the Camp Washington neighborhood.  It will be a 136 unit / 404-bedroom purpose-built boutique student housing community to serve the rapidly growing student population of the University of Cincinnati.

The new development will be constructed on 4.5 acres and will be a four-story, surface parked development consisting of studio, 2-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom apartments.  Apartments will be fully furnished, and rents will include high speed internet, cable, electricity (with a cap), water, trash and sewer.  All apartments will be leased by-the-bed with each resident responsible for just his or her own bedroom.  Each apartment suite will feature private bedrooms furnished with a queen-sized pillow-top mattress, walk in closet, private bathrooms and full sized appliances and a 55-inch flatscreen TV in the living area.
