Kennesaw, Ga. — Fountain Residential Partners is set to break ground on The Shiloh, a 241-bed student housing community located near Kennesaw State University in Georgia. The community will offer a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse, strength training and cardio center and private study rooms. Jeremy Sain and Teddy Leatherman of JLL were involved in equity capital raising efforts for the project. First United Bank and Trust is the construction lender. Asset Living will be marketing and leasing the property from a temporary leasing facility located at 741 Town Park Lane in Kennesaw. The community was designed by Stuart Roosth Architects and Kimley-Horn Associates and is being constructed by Atlanta-based Van Winkle Construction with completion scheduled for fall 2022.
