The 213-unit property offers one-, two- and four-bedroom layouts. Environmentally friendly aspects of the development include the use of erosion control during construction; the provision of access to Fayetteville’s bicycle trail network; the use of no invasive plants; and the inclusion of faucets that meet EPA Water Sense specification and hard flooring and carpet that meets the SCS FloorScore or CRI Green Label Plus certification. The property is owned by Fountain Residential Partners and managed by Peak Campus.
