Fayetteville, Ark. — Fountain Residential Partners has awarded Greystar Student Living the management of Beechwood Village, a 670-bed, cottage-style student housing development in Fayetteville, located within a mile of the University of Arkansas.

Modus Studio, a local architecture firm, designed the community as a modern cottage-style development tailored for students with a range of building types surrounding a central park.

The community includes a variety of one-, two- and four-bedroom modern cottages that range in size from 514 to 1,754 square feet of living space. Designer interior finishes include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood-style plank flooring. Floor plans will be fully furnished with 50-inch flat-screen televisions, modern study desks, low-profile sofas, lounge chairs and more. Apartment homes will incorporate features such as kitchens with islands, walk-in closets, and high-capacity washers and dryers. Select floor plans will offer pool tables, wet bars and private balconies.

Amenities at Beechwood Village will include an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with game room, Internet café with Wi-Fi and private study spaces. A club-inspired fitness center will include weight machines and cardiovascular equipment surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Residents will have access to the resort-style swimming pool with in-water lounge chairs, tanning deck, grilling stations, lounge areas and fire pit. The pet-friendly community includes green spaces, recycling and roommate matching services.
