Fort Worth, Texas — Fountain Residential Partners has broken ground on its second project near Texas Christian University. The first property in this market, The Vue on University, is 100 percent leased for this fall.

LoftVue will consist of 77 units and 147 beds in 1-5 bedroom configurations. It is being designed with the same goal as The Vue of a small, boutique community. This property, Fountain Residential Partners says, will be the most luxurious and highly amenitized in the market.

In addition, the new property will feature 10′ ceilings, underground parking, 50″ flat screen TV’s in each unit, massaging showers, tile backsplashes, open cabinetry, and loft-style design elements throughout. On-site management and maintenance will oversee the property including “an H20 deck” with cabanas, a second outdoor living room featuring an outdoor fireplace and entertainment kitchen, a modernized fitness center, clubhouse, study room, and two electric vehicle charging stations.

LoftVue is one block from campus. Also under construction by Fountain Residential Partners are 33 North, a 427-bed student housing development directly adjacent to the University of North Texas set to deliver in Fall 2013, and 7th Street Station, a 309-bed student living community serving Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, which is 100 percent pre-leased for occupancy in September 2012.

The firm also has properties under contract in Minneapolis near the University of Minnesota; in Sacramento near California State University, Sacramento, or Sac State, and at the University of Houston. All properties are planned for high-density collegiate-oriented housing developments that are walk to campus locations.
