Houston — Cardinal Group Management has been awarded management of Gateway on Cullen, a 531-bed student housing community located near the University of Houston.
The property is currently being developed by Fountain Residential and Virtus Real Estate Capital, and is set to open in fall 2017. The community will offer one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units featuring 55-inch flat screen televisions, stainless steel appliances and high-speed internet. Community amenities will include a pool with private cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private campus shuttle and sand volleyball courts.
