14 SixtyFive is located .5 miles west of the university near the corner of Ayers Road and Shiloh Road, a major east/west thoroughfare in the City. It will be a 52 unit / 241-bedroom purpose-built, boutique student housing community to serve the rapidly growing student population of Kennesaw State University.
The new development will be constructed on 4.4 acres and will be a three-story, surface parked, garden-style development consisting of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom apartments. Apartments will be fully furnished, and rents will include high speed internet, cable, electricity (with a cap), water, trash and sewer. All apartments will be leased by-the-bed with each resident responsible for just his or her own bedroom.
