Hartwell Ridge will be a 176 unit/473-bedroom purpose-built boutique student housing community located near the NW entrance to Clemson University on one of the last remaining development sites near campus.
The new development will be constructed on 9 acres and will be a 4-story residential structure with surface parking and wooded views. We will be offering a mix of efficiency, one-, two-, four-, and five-bedroom units including two-level townhomes and will be leased by-the-bed. Rents will include high-speed internet, cable, electricity (with a cap), water, trash, and sewer.
