East Village is located at 9905 University City Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is at the intersection of Mallard Creek Road and University City Boulevard adjacent to the UNCC campus. East Village, entitled for a total of 1,426 beds, consists of three phases with the first phase consisting of 727 beds.
Providing an upscale living experience, East Village is five-story apartment buildings with structured parking featuring a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments. High speed internet, cable, electricity (with a cap), water, trash and sewer are included. All units will be leased by-the-bed with each resident responsible for his or her own bedroom. Each apartment suite will feature private bedrooms furnished with a queen-sized pillow-top mattress, walk in closet, private bathrooms, and a 55- inch flat screen TV in the living area.
